return_on_investment.jpgLollipop are very excited to announce that there is an opportunity to get a discount of up to 40% off the cost of your website and/or digital marketing  if you are an eligible start up or SME based in Essex, Kent or East Sussex.

Access new EU Funding to expand and develop your low carbon business

If you are a small business selling low carbon solutions and are based in the Essex, Thurrock, Southend, Kent, Medway or East Sussex region then you might be eligible for support for your projects targeting improving sustainability.

Until Spring 2019, the LOCASE (Low Carbon Across the South East) project can provide match funded grants of £1,000 to £10,000 to enable businesses in the low carbon sector to expand and develop through marketing and website development

Have you been wondering why your website isn't getting many visitors?

Or saying 'I'm sure my website should be producing more enquiries!'

There's never been a better time to contact Lollipop.  Give us a call on 01702 476517 to get started.

To get your discounted website and/or digital marketing, remember:

1.  you must secure 60% of the costs of the project in cash from private sector sources before the LoCASE grant agreement is concluded.

2. your grant cannot be for previous purchases, so don't start buying things until you have approval!

3.  grants are calculated on the basis of ‘net expenditure’ and the minimum figure you can claim back under this scheme is £1000, so your spend with Lollipop would need to be at least £2,500+VAT in a single purchase.

Which businesses and sectors are eligible for a LoCASE funding?

The organisation must fit the definition of a small and medium enterprise.

This is any organisation that meets the following criteria:

Can be defined as an enterprise. The organisation must be engaged in the sale of goods or services. This will exclude some organisations like certain charities if they do not sell anything.

Under 250 employees. Apprentices or students on vocational training contracts and employees on parental or maternity leave do not count. Full-time, part-time, seasonal and temporary staff count, as do partners engaged in activity and benefitting financially. Any staff who are not full-time are counted as a fraction of a unit e.g. two staff working half the hours of a full time member of staff count as one unit.

Annual turnover under €50M (~£39M). Defined as the income an enterprise received during the last financial year from sales of goods and services. Turnover shouldn’t include VAT or any other indirect taxes.

Annual balance sheet under €43M (~£33M). This is the value of the company’s assets as of the end of the last financial year.

If the organisation is owned more than 25% by or owns more than 25% in another enterprise, they must meet the above criteria.

The organisation must not be part of the following sectors:

Fishery and aquaculture

The organisation must be registered within the following postcode areas:
