Get Customers To Come To You in Southend and Colchester

In May, I gave a presentation on how to get customers to come to you for business people at Essex Chambers' networking breakfast at the Mercury Theatre in Colchester. Later in June, I was asked to present it again for Networking on Sea at the Park View Suite, Chalkwell Park in Southend-on-Sea, Essex.
In both cases, the brief was:
a simple, bite-sized explanation that would help attendees to improve their own online presence and help their ideal customers to find, trust, choose and love them.
Since the attendees of both events were mainly in the B2B professional services niche, we focused on that - but the tips and information would apply to most businesses.

Make your website work harder for your business
Of course, you can knock yourself out on individual strategies, like blogging and Social Media but if those efforts send visitors to a landing page that doesn't fulfil on their expectations... you're on a hiding to nothing. Unfullfilled expectations mean people will click away to find what they are looking for elsewhere!
