Change Pinterest Password

We often hear about security issues with overusing the same password or simply employing hopeless ones. So if this is you, it's change Pinterest password time! Thankfully, it's a simple enough task.

Time to Change my Pinterest Password, but how?

Just follow these four easy steps...

  1. You just log into your Pinterest account, find your name in the top right hand corner and then select the drop down menu.
  2. Find Settings - it's slightly different from the image below as it is now the second option down. Click that.
  3. This will bring up the dashboard for Change Account Settings and the option to Change Password is right under your email address.
  4. Click on that and you will find the option to add in a new password.

But, I hear you cry, it's asking for my existing password and my computer automatically logs me in so I have no idea what that is! If this is you, you need to create a strong password or get some type of password management system. Don't rely on memory and don't use the same password on all your platforms.

Anyway, Pinterest have come across this problem of lost passwords before and if you click you will be able to get a reset code sent to your email address. So all is far from lost. Do consider some kind of management system, you will not be sorry!
