Easy Way To Work Out How Many Days Before Your Contract Expires You Can Cancel

by Jo Shaer, on September 3, 2014

I come from a family of insurance brokers and underwriters.

I was married to a solicitor for 20 years.

I read the small print in the contracts and I try to understand it.

So, when a contact says that you can cancel your renewal at most 60 days and at least 45 days before expiry, I want a way to work out what date that is without having to rely on my fingers.

Ask Google and you shall receive.

You can work out 45 days or 60 days or any other day from a particular date.

Saves taking my socks off!
