Which Social Media Network Should I UseGreat infographic which talks you through the pros and cons of each of the different social media networks so you can decide which one is the best for your business.

In a survey of 1500 Facebook users, 60% said they only knew 20% of their 'friends' and another 50% said they only spoke with about 20% of them. Another great reason for keeping things small on all social networks. You just cannot interact with thousands of friends and followers effectively.

The stats also confirm my own experience that Twitter is becoming the network of choice for customer service issues. However, that does not mean that all businesses appreciate the value of social media when it comes to influencing people to become brand ambassadors as a result of great customer service.

Some big businesses still think they can hide behind warranties and wriggle out clauses when products go wrong within the first 28 days and that consequential loss to the consumer as a result of such a failure should not be down to them. Even when I explained what I do for a living, my own example seemed not to care.

More on this in the future.
